If your order has been placed and the billing information is incorrect, you won’t be able to change this on your order. Please send us an email and we will be able to assist you. If the order has not been completed and changes need to be made, you will be able to update the information on your account.
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Master, AMEX, Apple PayDiscover, Discover, JCB, Ideal, Sofort. Other methods of payment will be available soon.
We have several warehouses throughout the US. Your order will ship from the location with the available inventory closest to you. All of products are free shipping to the continental US. If there is a sudden out of stock, we will contact with you in timely manner.
We also can ship some products to Canada with free shipping. For other countries， please email us for more details.
Usually we ship by UPS, USPS, FedEx & Amazon Logistics. We will start processing the order as soon as we receive your payment and send the tracking number by mail within 2-3 days. We will contact you if for some reason there are any unforeseen delays or if a product is Special Ordered. We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday. We Do Not ship on Saturday, Sunday.
We will send an order confirmation email after you place the order, and send an email with the tracking number after delivery. We pride ourselves on 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you have any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone/ email or social media. We will offer a replacement, a refund, or a return based on our Customer Service policies.
We are currently unable to ship directly to any address in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico. We are only able to ship within the continental United States. For orders in the UK, Canada or the other countries, please contact us for further support.

We provide two apps. Smart Life or Tuya app.
We equip each lock with 2-3 pieces of keys so that multiple people can control a lock. Sorry, the keys can only control one lock at present, but we are developing and producing a new landlord lock, which is expected to be completed in 1-2 months. By then, you can control 12 or 24 locks with one.
